Lance brings 35 years of experience handling complex commercial and personal injury litigation throughout Texas and Louisiana, with in excess of 75 jury verdicts and numerous appeals. He has successfully represented clients in professional liability, personal injury, first-party bad faith, transportation, products liability, premises liability and commercial litigation and arbitration. As part of his practice to better represent his clients, he has become a committed and enthusiastic student of subjects as diverse as medicine, accounting, construction, engineering and technology in the courtroom. His training as a mediator provides additional insight for his clients in mediation and arbitration. He has written and spoken at continuing legal education programs and before transportation companies, trade associations, insurance companies and a variety of professional organizations.
Lance has played guitar since high school. Since that time, he has acquired quite a collection of acoustic and electric guitars and puts them to use in a small recording studio in his house. During college football season, he can be found in the kitchen making gumbo, jambalaya or etouffee before L.S.U. games.
