Terence graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration with honors and from the University of Virginia School of Law. After graduating from the University of Texas, he worked in public accounting as an auditor. Terence started his legal career as in house counsel for a Fortune 500 company where he counseled on personal injury, general torts, breach of contract and general litigation matters. He wrote, taught continuing insurance education courses, and drafted numerous coverage opinions. Terence has represented individuals and companies in the areas of general premises liability, implied warranties, contractual disputes, general torts, and deceptive trade practices. He has either tried or assisted in trying the cases to a verdict.
