Lee Kathryn Shuchart graduated from Baylor University with honors and was awarded the Guittard Fellowship for Master's Studies in History. She attended South Texas of Law where she was awarded the "Top Oralist" in intramural moot court competition and later participated on the National Moot Court Team. In addition, she was an Associate Editor of the South Texas Law Reivew and class secretary as an L3. She began her practice in the fields of commercial litigation and personal injury law where she was involved in trying cases across Texas in both state and federal court. She moved into medical malpractice litigation and travelled extensively for several years working with physician groups, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations overseeing litigation in almost 40 states and collaborating with top healthcare attorneys across the country. She returned to active trial practice and has successfully tried multiple cases in recent years. She is Of Counsel with Ramey Chandler Schein, P.C. primarily focusing on first and third-party insurance defense and personal injury matters.
